Microsoft Users Toolkit

Provides LLM tools for querying Microsoft Graph user profiles and organizational hierarchy. Enables agents to look up identities, enrich contact data, and traverse org structure for Microsoft 365 work and school accounts.

Capabilities

• Identity lookup: Resolve one or more users by email, UPN, or user ID, with automatic optimization between single and batch Graph API calls; returns job title, department, and org metadata.
• Current user context: Retrieve the authenticated user's own profile including name, email, job title, department, office location, and tenant domain.
• Org hierarchy traversal: Walk reporting relationships in both directions — retrieve a user's direct reports (paginated) or their direct manager; handles top-level executives with no manager gracefully.
• Microsoft 365 only: All tools require a work or school account; personal accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) are not supported.

OAuth

Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 through Microsoft. See the Arcade Microsoft auth provider docs for configuration details.
